Hi, I'm Erik, a nature and travel photographer based in Lancaster, PA. Most of my work comes from hiking, exploring new places, and spending time outdoors. My love for travel grew from years of trips with my family and, more recently, adventures with my wife, which continue to inspire the way I see the world. I'm an Eagle Scout, so I've spent much of my time hiking, camping, and experiencing the outdoors.
My background shapes the way I shoot: patient, observant, and always paying attention to the small details. It also explains why I'll happily stop mid-trail to photograph a bird I've already seen a hundred times. Alongside my nature and travel work, I'm expanding into portraits and events, including weddings, engagements, and band gigs. I enjoy capturing real connection and the joyful moments people share with one another.
My goal as a photographer is simple: to capture a joyful moment, evoke inspirational feelings, and to be a little thought-proviking with each photo.
